The popularity of Snow volleyball in Russia has been growing for the past two years since the first national championship was held in Olympic Sochi 2 years ago. Russian athletes are taking a lot of medals at various CEV European snow volleyball tour events. Now they will have a great opportunity to show their skills at the home snow. As there are definitely no any problems with snow in Russia - the cold part of the year lasts 5-6 months - snow volleyball events can be held not only at ski resorts. And in the end of 2018 big European snow volleyball will make a debut in the most famous Russian place - Moscow. The venue of CEV event is well known to beach volleyball fans. Beach sports complex «Dynamo» at Vodny Stadium was a home for FIVB World tour events for the past 5 years. Now it’s a time to change the ground but not an atmosphere and full stands that we are used to watch at Vodny stadium during volleyball events.
