Snow Volleyball fans enjoy a truly exclusive opportunity to follow the historic season opener of the European Tour in Moscow since live streaming for all of the Main Draw matches taking place across three courts on Friday plus the quarterfinals, semis and medal matches scheduled for Saturday will be available on EuroVolleyTV! This is something unprecedented for this young, fresh and dynamic sport, as teams play in Moscow for the very first time according to the latest rules of the game, i.e. with three players standing on each side of the net and substitutions allowed during the matches. There is much to look forward to with 2008 Olympic champion Lloy Ball coming out of retirement to play on snow for the very first time, as reigning European champion Ruslan Daianov returns to compete after his gold-medal winning performance last March in Austria. Another European champion, Lithuania’s Ieva Dumbauskaite, is also due to compete in Moscow and to chase further glory on Russian snow.
On Friday, fans can follow one stream per court, with some of the top teams taking to the snow in the iconic centre court with a capacity of 2,600 seats. On Saturday, teams will compete across two courts only – but for the semis and medal matches, the quality of the streaming will increase tremendously by using footage taken from as many as eight cameras!
