7 National Federations from the Small Countries Division have entered their 2016 CEV Volleyball European Championship - Men.

Competition Format

Qualifications:
Will consist of two single round robin tournaments held in May/June of 2016:
Pool A – LUX (org.), FAR, NIR,
Pool B – CYP, SCO, ISL (org.), AND

Finals:
Will be organised by ISL in 2017.
