32 National Federations entered the 2015 CEV U19 Men Volleyball European Championship.

Turkey will organise the Final Round in Ankara and are therefore directly qualified to it.

1st Round
Due to the number of registered teams, no 1st Round will be played in this edition.

2nd Round
31 teams will compete in eight 2nd Round tournaments consisting of 3 or 4 teams.  These will take place between 08-11 January 2015.

The 1st placed teams of each pool (A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H) qualify directly for the Final Round, along with the three 2nd placed teams with the best score.

Final Round
The Final Round will be organised by Turkey from the 4th - 12th April 2015, with 12 teams set to battle for glory.

World Qualification
The final standing of the 1st, 2nd and Final Round of the CEV U18 Women / U19 Men European Championships shall determine the teams’ right of participation in the following FIVB U18 Girls / U19 Boys World Championships.
