COMPETITION FORMAT
General Information

The 2019 CEV Volleyball Champions League Men competition format is as follows:

Main Phase (Knock-out with Home and Away Matches):
1st Round
2nd Round
3rd Round

4th Round  - 20 Teams divided in 5 pools of 4 teams each (Round Robin with Home and Away Matches)

The top team from each pool, along with the three 2nd placed teams with the best score will qualify to the next phase.

Knock-out Phase (Knock-out with Home and Away Matches):

Quarter-Finals

Semi-Finals

Final (Gold Medal - Knock-out with a single leg match)

Final Match

The Drawing of Lots for the 1st , 2nd and 3rd Round was held in Luxembourg on Friday 29th June 2018.

The Drawing of Lots for the 4th Round took place as part of the European Volleyball Gala in Budapest on 2nd November 2018.

The Drawing of Lots of the 1/4 Finals will take place in Luxembourg on Friday 1st March 2019.
