03/05/2017 16:00 CEV to organise clinic for Beach Volleyball coaches in conjunction with #EuroBeachVolleyU22 News from the CEV Luxembourg, May 3, 2017. After last year’s premiere during the U18 European Championship in Brno, a second workshop / clinic specifically addressed to Beach Volleyball coaches will take place in conjunction with the 2017 CEV U22 Beach Volleyball European Championship in Baden, Austria (see picture). This action further testifies and cements the CEV’s commitment to educating coaches and members of the Volleyball family in general in an effort to share knowledge and lay the foundations for the development of the next generation of Beach Volleyball players. The workshop will take place on June 17-18, 2017, i.e. on the two final competition days in Baden, and will focus on preparing athletes so that they can smoothly complete their transition from age-group competitions to the senior level. The clinic is open to coaches from countries with teams participating in the #EuroBeachVolleyU22 as well as from National Federations without any representation in the tournament. The names of the lecturers are due to be confirmed at a later stage.
