For the very first time, the beautiful city of Baden will host two top-class Beach Volleyball Tournaments: From 15th to 18th June the most promising Beach Volleyball players will play for medals at the “CEV U22-European Championships presented by SPORT.LAND.NÖ“. One week later the traditional “CEV Baden Masters presented by SPORT.LAND.NÖ“ will take place at the amazing Strandbad Baden from 21st to 25th of June 2017.
“We established Baden as one of the top Beach Volleyball venues in Europe and we are proud that the CEV trusts us that much”, says Dominik Gschiegl from promoter Vision05.
From Thursday, 14th June on 32 teams per gender will battle in pools A to H to make it to Sundays medal games. The “CEV U22-European Championships presented by SPORT.LAND.NÖ“ will be played with the same setup like the “Baden Masters”: the same side courts, the same center courts and the same VIP facilities.
