For the first time in several years Belgium will organize a World Tour Beach event. This event will take place in the city of Knokke-Heist. The tournament will take place from the 15th to the 18th of August at the Evenementenstrand. The city has a lot of experience with beach volleyball events. Every year the best Belgian Beach volleyball players compete to each other for the title of Belgian Champion.
Knokke-Heist is a beautiful city at the sea side with 33,000 inhabitants. They have an excellent water sport centre where people can do windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing, … . the city is also well known by his nature. The most famous place is undoubtedly the Zwin nature park with their beautiful Fauna and Flora.
