6 National Federations from the Small Countries Division have entered their 2016 CEV U20 Men Volleyball European Championship.

Cyprus will organise the tournament, scheduled to be in March 2016.

Competition Format
Day 1 - Two pools of 3 teams, playing a single round robin.
Pool A: CYP, NIR, FAR
Pool B: SCO, LUX, SMR
 
Day 2 – The 1st placed teams from each pool will qualify directly to the Semifinals, while the 2nd and 3rd from each pool will cross over and play a Playoff match to determine the other team in the Semifinals.

Day 3 – The losers of the Playoff matches will play against each other, followed by the Semifinal losers and eventually the Semi-final winners in the Final.
