Snow
Volley Italia has organized Snow Volleyball events since 2015 with the
famous stop of Prato Nevoso (CN), where over 350 players almost 200
teams met for three days of Snow Volleyball matches on 17 courts and big
parties.
Since
2017 Prato Nevoso is The Grand Finale of the Italian National Tour, the
“Acqua San Bernardo Snow Volley Tour” and, after the Roccaraso CEV
event last year, we are excited to host a stop of the CEV European Tour
in contemporary with the Grand Finale for a big Snow Volleyball
festival.
All players will be able to
participate as well to the tournaments of the grand finale and to take
part in the many activities that this resort has to offer, including
over 130Km of slopes, Night Skiing, Snow Tubing, nice restaurants and
the many parties organized by Snow Volley Italia. The tournament will
feature a DJ and animation around the center courts.. Special Offer from
the resort will be in place for players that would like to enjoy their
stay even during the wee.
Prato
Nevoso (1,600 meters of altitude) is situated on the Maritime Alps, in
Piedmont and is part of the Mondole` Ski resort, which has over 130 km
of downhill slopes for every level. During top affluence weekends, Prato
Nevoso sells 5,500 ski-pass and receives more than 20 thousands
tourists. Prato Nevoso Ski offers entertainment of all types: night
skiing, one of the best Snow Parks in Italy, children area, skating,
heli-skiing, snow tubing, a wide selection of free-ride itineraries and
numerous popular events (over 20 thousands people celebrated 2015 New
Year’s Eve here). There is always something going on here!
Thanks
to its natural qualities ('La Conca’), it’s climate (good amount of
snow but relatively warm temperature given its short distance from the
sea) the strong appeal to young people, and to its strategic location -
close to the main centers of Beach Volleyball of Piedmont, Liguria,
Lombardy & Tuscany - Prato Nevoso is the perfect location for Snow
Volleyball in Italy.
Courts will
be placed at 1.620 m a.s.l. in the famous “Conca”, the center of Prato
Nevoso where all the ski slopes start and with an high involvement of
public.

apres-ski and players’ parties, in typical Snow Volley Italia style.
