Moscow, Russia, December 28, 2020. Renowned Russian Volleyball referee Andrey Zenovich ended a career that started back in 1980 this past weekend, officiating his last matches at the Final Four tournament of the Russian men’s national cup held in Saint Petersburg.
Zenovich is a very familiar face to many fans as well, since he has attended thousands of Volleyball matches both nationally and internationally as well. His career has taken him to the most prestigious international Volleyball competitions, including two editions of the Olympic Games in 2012 and 2016. The highlights of such a long and illustrious career are many, but there is one match that definitely stands out among all others.
