The regional volleyball centre consists of two buildings: a three-story one, which hosts the main arena, and a two-story training hall. The centre is equipped in accordance with the most modern standards and fulfils the requirements for many international competitions. There are two playing courts with artificial surface, two gyms, changing rooms, the necessary rooms for coaches, judges, anti-doping, as well as a medical recovery centre. There is a press centre, press stands and a press conference room to provide ideal working conditions for the representatives of national and international media.

There is an information television system as well, so everything that happens during the match is shown on special screens. Viewers do not miss any important moments even if they go to the lobby or cafe. The new sports venue lies at the very heart of the city and the lakeside promenade will be a place for walking for Novosibirsk citizens and foreign guests. It is possible to set up Volleyball courts where people can spend their free time.
