Small Countries Association to hold General Assembly via videoconference

Luxembourg, September 28, 2020. The President of the CEV Small Countries Association (SCA), Mr Guy Erpelding of Luxembourg has advised the Presidents of the 14 member Federations and their membership that following virtual meetings of the SCA Executive Committee, there will be no SCA meeting in conjunction with CEV General Assembly due to take place this coming October 16 in Vienna, Austria.
“We have been listening to our membership, and we have decided to cancel the proposed SCA General Assembly next month in the face of the continuing serious situation around COVID-19 and the travel and health threats it poses,” he said.
President Erpelding expressed his hope that before the CEV General Assembly, a new date and timing for a virtual SCA General Assembly via video/teleconferencing could be arranged.
