BEKESCSABAI Röplabda SE make children happy through Christmas action

Békéscsaba, Hungary, December 23, 2019. For the eighth time, BEKESCSABAI Röplabda SE have mobilised their energy for the delivery of a Christmas charity action under the slogan ‘Bring a ball for a smile.’
This time, the multiple Hungarian national champions – who this season compete in the CEV Challenge Cup – have joined forces with the Békés County section of the Hungarian Red Cross in order to get the balls to the most suitable places – where there is people in need.
Zoltánné Tóth, director of the organisation, said that thanks to the work done by the club, they have been able to distribute some 5,000 balls to poor and disadvantaged children across the country.
“We would like to thank everyone who has helped us make sure that a smile appears on the faces of many children this year!” said the club in a statement.
