Chisinau, Moldova, May 5, 2017. National leagues are slowly but surely ending in a number of countries after reaching their climax with the respective championship series.

This applies also to the Republic of Moldova where Dinamo Mai CHISINAU and USM Bostavan CHISINAU emerged victorious in from the men’s and women’s national league, respectively.

As a result, two teams from the country’s capital, Chisinau swept the top honours.

Next on the agenda for the Moldovan Volleyball family is the qualification to the 2018 FIVB Men’s Volleyball World Championship – with Team Moldova set to compete later this month in Koog aan de Zaan and take on hosts the Netherlands as well as on the national teams of Greece, Luxembourg, Slovakia and Austria.
