Tauron MKS take on Israeli champions on home soil hoping to repeat away win

Dabrowa Gornicza, Poland, November 5, 2016. Tauron MKS DABROWA GORNICZA have returned home following their victory from the away match they contested on Tuesday in Haifa. Helena Horka scored as many as 21 points for the Polish team along the way to a 3-1 victory over the Israeli national champions. Opposite Daria Paszek played a good match as well – as did youngster Kamila Ganszczyk who scored five aces. On Saturday Tauron MKS will play their re-match with Maccabi XT HAIFA on Saturday, doing so on home soil.
Though they claimed a 3-1 victory in Haifa, Juan Manuel Serramalera’s team must remain focussed and take their opponent very seriously. However, the fans expect that the home team will repeat that same feat, getting past Maccabi to qualify to the third round of the 2017 CEV Volleyball Champions League and play Agel PROSTEJOV or Linamar - BÉKÉSCSABAI RSE there.
The matchup with Maccabi XT HAIFA will be broadcast live by Polsat Sport.
