Dinamo MOSCOW prepare for re-match with German champions
2016 CEV DenizBank Volleyball Champions League - Women
Moscow, Russia, February 22, 2016. On Wednesday night Dinamo MOSCOW of Russia will be playing their re-match with Germany’s champions DRESDNER SC in the Playoffs 12 of the 2016 CEV DenizBank Volleyball Champions League – Women hoping to capitalise on the 3-1 away win from two weeks ago to move on to the last round preceding the Final Four Tournament scheduled for April 9-10 in Montichiari, Italy.
“We had one week break between the matches and I hope that our physical coach will prepare us in the best way so that we are in good shape for this game,” said Dinamo star opposite Nataliia Obmochaeva.
Setter and team captain Ekaterina Kosianenko adds: “We started the first match in Germany in a bad way and we made a lot of mistakes. On top of this, we played in a very unusual sports hall which we had to get used to. After we made the necessary adjustments we managed to win that match by 3-1. However, we should not forget that DRESDNER SC are a good team. We expect they will put on a fight and we will be ready for a difficult match.”
