Galatasaray ISTANBUL need home victory to move on to next round in CEV Cup

Istanbul, Turkey, November 11, 2015. On Thursday Galatasaray ISTANBUL will be playing their first home match in the 2016 CEV Volleyball Cup and it is imperative that they win the game against Viteos NEUCHATEL Université if they want to progress to the next round.
The players and coaching staff of Galatasaray were happy but not pleased with the 3:2 away win they claimed in Switzerland two weeks ago. The young middle blocker of Galatasaray, Asli Kalac says: “A victory is always a good reason to be happy. But the performance, the quality of Volleyball you play is what gives you satisfaction as a professional player. As Galatasaray ISTANBUL we all want to show our skills and quality as players, better than we did back in Neuchatel,” she stresses sharing her feelings about the return match with the team from Switzerland.
The visitors arrived to Istanbul on Wednesday afternoon. The mentor of Viteos NEUCHATEL Université, Silvan Zindel, was asked what he is expecting regarding the re-match with Galatasaray and said: “First of all we are happy to be here in Istanbul, Turkey. It is really nice to be playing in this environment. I believe we displayed a good performance two weeks ago. It is clear that it is going to be harder than it was but we will do everything to perform in the same way we did back home.”
The match that will be played in Istanbul’s Burhan Felek Volleyball Hall will start at 18:30 local time.
