No pressure and home advantage to boost ACH Volley’s chances in last CL match
2015 CEV DenizBank Volleyball Champions League – Men
Ljubljana, Slovenia, January 26, 2015. ACH Volley LJUBLJANA will complete their duties in Pool C of the 2015 CEV DenizBank Volleyball Champions League – Men on Tuesday night when they host Germany’s champions BERLIN Recycling Volleys at Tivoli hall in Slovenia’s capital. Even though the Germans are currently ranked second in the pool and stand as the pre-favourites of this match, ACH Volley’s head coach Tomislav Smuc is hoping for a good performance of his team.
“This will be our second match with BERLIN this season,” he says. “As per the experience we had some weeks ago in Germany, we all expect a tough game, but this time around we will be playing at home and before our fans. I hope that we will be able to show a much better performance than we did last week in Poland when we played Asseco Resovia RZESZOW. We hope to get some more points from this match. Our chances to make the next round are gone, so we will be playing without any pressure and being more relaxed we stand an opportunity to achieve a good result,” Smuc concludes.
