Pogorica, Montenegro, April 11, 2014.  The women’s team of Luka BAR has packed in a golden double in Montenegro.  Having won the national title earlier this season, the squad from the south Adriatic coast of the Balkan country also claimed the national cup upon winning the Final Four tournament in the capital Podgorica.

Luka BAR defended the Kup Crne Gore by managing a straight-set victory over home side Buducnost Zetatrans PODGORICA in the final.  The volleyball fans at the Sala Medicinske skole saw the champions defeat their opponents by 3:0 (27-25, 25-17, 25-12) to triumph with their fourth consecutive and overall fifth in the history of the national cup.

The two semifinals took place in the same competition hall one day earlier.  Coach Vladimir Milacic's team defeated city rivals Galeb BAR by 3:1 (22-25, 25-19, 25-16, 25-14) and Buducnost Zetatrans PODGORICA shut out Moraca PODGORICA by 3:0 (25-13, 25-14, 25-16).
