SCHWERINER SC needs away win or lucky golden set to make it to next round

Schwerin, Germany, January 21, 2013. After scoring quite a sensational home win this past week, SCHWERINER SC is currently preparing for that much awaited return match coming up this Thursday in Italy against the likes of Unendo Yamamay BUSTO ARSIZIO. The group coached by Dutch-born Teun Buijs will travel to Italy on Wednesday and after that home win may even lose the fixture coming up there in the outskirts of Milan going for the golden set to eventually advance to the Playoffs 6. On the other hand, BUSTO ARSIZIO needs a home win and to claim also that additional set to make it among the top six sides in Europe.
Even though they know they are in a favorable position, the Germans are also well aware of the quality their opponents can display, being the reigning champions in their national league, national cup as well as the winners of last year’s CEV Volleyball Cup. The re-match is hence going to be very exciting for all involved, including the fans of SCHWERINER SC that will travel there along their heroines.
