Fenerbahce hosts Skra for last prelim round
2013 CEV Volleyball Champions League - Men
Istanbul, Turkey, December 10, 2012. Fenerbahce Grundig ISTANBUL will be hosting this Wednesday Pool leader – and winner – PGE Skra BELCHATOW for the last round of action in prelim group E. Skra is already qualified for the Playoffs 12 while Fenerbahce has been going through a series of disappointing results in this year’s European campaign.
Fenerbahce head coach Daniele Bagnoli (pictured) says: “PGE Skra is a very strong team. We lost the first game in Poland but we want to be the winner this time. We are sidelined by some injuries but we will try to play our best”.
“We will play the leader of the Pool so we are even more motivated to play well and win” adds team captain Arslan Eksi. “Unfortunately I won’t be able to play because of my injury but I am sure my teammates will play with glowing hearts. We hope many supporters will be with us for our last match in the competition”.
