Unendo Yamamay BUSTO ARSIZIO to play for first place in its group
2013 CEV Volleyball Champions League - Women
Busto Arsizio, Italy, December 10, 2012. Italy’s rookie Unendo Yamamay BUSTO ARSIZIO will round out its campaign in the prelims of the CEV Volleyball Champions League by hosting on Tuesday Romania’s Dinamo Romprest BUCURESTI.
Yamamay has already qualified for the Playoffs 12 but hopes to take maximum points from this clash and for Galatasaray Daikin ISTANBUL to be surprised by France’s ASPTT MULHOUSE in order to finish first in Pool C and get a good draw for the next phase.
Unendo Yamamay BUSTO ARSIZIO shall join the game with its usual starting six composed by US American setter Carli Lloyd, opposite Margareta Kozuch, wing spikers Francesca Marcon and Juliann Faucette, plus middle blockers Christina Bauer and Valentina Arrighetti, with the libero being Giulia Leonardi. Valeria Caracuta and Maren Brinker who joined last week’s game with Galatasaray in Istanbul will also be ready to play in case of need.
Yamamay had edged Dinamo in Romania with the score of 3:1 some weeks ago and with more than 3’000 fans expected on Tuesday would certainly love to finish its adventure in the prelims with a positive result.
