Stade Poitevin POITIERS is back after 10 years

Poitiers, France, October 18, 2011. Stade Poitevin POITIERS organized this past October 11 a special press conference to celebrate the real kick-off of its campaign in the 2012 CEV Volleyball Champions League. The event took place at the local Town Hall and was attended by the Deputy Mayor of Poitiers and Delegate for Sports, Aurélien Tricot, head coach Olivier Lecat and team captain Nuno Pinheiro.
Mr. Lecat briefly discussed with the media his expectations as well as presented the teams that were assigned to the same Pool of Stade Poitevin, i.e. Jihostroj CESKE BUDEJOVICE, Generali UNTERHACHING and Bre Banca Lannutti CUNEO. The meeting ended with a question time and the officials of Stade Poitevin expressing their joy for being back in this elitist competition after a long break that lasted for 10 years.
