Viachaslau Charapovich helped Belarus set the tempo of the game in set 3 and with opposite Radzivon Miskevich again on fire, the guests were able to stay at the front at both technical time-outs (8:7, 16:13). After the second break, Romania found back their focus and stabilised their reception with opposite Lica and outside spiker Iulian Bala helping the home side to cut their deficit. At the end of a dramatic final rush, Romania’s block made the difference as the hosts sealed the final 32-30.
