Szczecin, Poland, April 6, 2015. The last set of Stars in Motion videos for the 2015 season of the CEV DenizBank Volleyball Champions League is out. The women’s Final Four in Szczecin turned out to be a fantastic celebration of volleyball, which is well reflected in these highlight clips.
Similar to the men’s Final Four a week ago, two of these videos were adjusted to match the format of the individual awards presented during the ceremony after the final match. So the usual One to Watch video is now titled Most Valuable Player and it is Jordan Larson-Burbach, the American star of Eczacibasi VitrA ISTANBUL, who is also the best scorer, the best spiker and the third best receiver, statistically, of the event in Poland, that graces this Stars in Motion clip. The fans already know which seven players ended up in the Dream Team of the Week, but they can now watch the Stars in Motion video to see for themselves why.
The high-level matches at the sold-out Azoty Arena in Szczecin were full of long and exhilarating rallies, so typical for women’s volleyball, and it was a real challenge to pick out the Top 5 Most Amazing Rallies. The second rally of the second set of the big final between Eczacibasi VitrA and Unendo Yamamay BUSTO ARSIZIO was selected as number 1. It is indeed extremely rare to see so much breath-taking defence action in one rally! Finally, Bethania De La Cruz was the one who managed to put an end to it all with a successful spike. Another one of her powerful precision hits, also from the second set of the final match, occupies the number 1 position in the Top 5 Most Spectacular Net Actions video.
