Belgian rookie hopes to take one set from their re-match with Dinamo Romprest
2014 CEV DenizBank Volleyball Champions League - Women

Gent, Belgium, December 1, 2013. After losing in straight sets last Wednesday in Romania, GENT Dames will be playing once more Dinamo Romprest BUCURESTI, this time at home, as the Belgian rookies are still vying for their first points in the prelims of the 2014 CEV DenizBank Volleyball Champions League – Women. The players around head coach Stijn Morand were downed in straight sets at Dinamo hall and will try to improve on that as they host Dinamo Romprest at the Tolhuis Arena on Wednesday.
Stijn Morand knows that his players do not have enough experience and physical power to stand the quality brought by their CL opponents. “We nevertheless want to use this as an opportunity to learn and to take our lessons for the future. We still hope to win at least one set on Wednesday as we play Dinamo Romprest for the second time” he explains. The team from Romania will travel to Belgium already on Monday so as to prepare for the tie with GENT in the best possible way. Dinamo wants to take three points from this game so as to remain in contention for a spot in the Playoffs 12 or at least make the Challenge Round of the CEV Volleyball Cup. GENT, on the other hand, got ready for this home showdown with an easy victory over a newcomer in Belgium’s first division, the team of Farciennes.
