Dinamo Romprest and Atom Trefl start quest for ticket to Playoffs
2014 CEV DenizBank Volleyball Champions League - Women

Bucuresti, Romania, October 21, 2013. Romania’s Dinamo Romprest BUCURESTI is just about to start their third consecutive campaign in Europe’s elite club competition, the CEV DenizBank Volleyball Champions League. After scoring three consecutive victories in the national league, Dinamo is looking forward to hosting Poland’s Atom Trefl SOPOT on Wednesday for the first round of action in Pool C.
“This is probably the most important game for us this season” says General Manager Marian Stefan. “VakifBank is most probably going to finish first in the group and I see Dinamo and Atom Trefl as the sides that are going to fight for the second place and therefore for a ticket to make the Playoffs. It is always an honour for us to participate in the CEV Volleyball Champions League but this year I am confident that we can achieve more than we did in the past and make the second stage.”
“We feel ready for the upcoming matches where we will have to stand world-class teams with exceptional players” adds team captain Alida Marcovici. “I know Volleyball in Poland is a big thing and they have some of the strongest teams in Europe. Atom Trefl is a tough opponent but we are ready to fight and want to display what we are capable of before our fans”.
