Knack ROESELARE leads Belgium's Championship series after two wins
News from the clubs

Maaseik, Belgium, April 7, 2013. Knack ROESELARE did confirm the very good impression from the regular season and the Playoffs by scoring two wins in the first couple of matches with Noliko MAASEIK in the Championship series of Belgium’s national league.
This past Wednesday Knack scored a straight-set home win, so to keep alive their chances to stay in contention for the title Noliko needed to bounce back this past weekend while playing at Lotto Dôme. Knack did not seem too afraid of the terrific ambiance contributed by the fans of Noliko as they claimed the first couple of sets in good fashion (25-23, 25-21). Noliko fought their way back to draw level (25-22 and 25-16) and call for the tie-break. After a tie-break full of suspense, Knack brought it home (15-13) to score their second win in that much anticipated Championship series.
“Though this was a major disappointment, I am still convinced that we have good chances to win the title” said Noliko head coach Brecht Van Kerckhove after the game. “We should not forget that we played very good in set 3 and 4 and this shall give us the right boost of confidence for the next game coming up in Roeselare”.
