Lokomotiv wants to extend winning streak in Pool B
2013 CEV Volleyball Champions League - Men

Novosibirsk, Russia, November 18, 2012. Lokomotiv NOVOSIBIRSK – which is the absolute leader of Pool B with nine points – is ready for its second home match in the prelims of the 2013 CEV Volleyball Champions League – Men. The guys from Siberia will host Jihostroj CESKE BUDEJOVICE one week after claiming a speedy away win in straight sets.
In the past few days Lokomotiv was busy with the semifinal stage of the Russian Cup edging there four opponents and eventually qualifying for the finals scheduled for late December in Belgorod. “We have made another step forward along the way to retain this title and we will try to play our best in Belgorod to add another crown to our club’s showcase” says head coach Andrey Voronkov.
“Even though our opponents played their best, still the most important thing for our side was to keep our positive record” says Slovak outside hitter Lukas Divis (pictured) by recalling last week’s match in the Czech Republic.
