Players of Halkbank modeling to advertise Final Four
2014 CEV DenizBank Volleyball Champions League - Men
Ankara, Turkey, February 14, 2014. Zenit KAZAN, Belogorie BELGOROD and JASTRZEBSKI Wegiel just joined these days Halkbank ANKARA for the much anticipated Final Four Tournament of the 2014 CEV DenizBank Volleyball Champions League – Men coming up through March 22-23 in Turkey’s capital city. In the semis Halkbank will play JASTRZEBSKI Wegiel thereby prolonging their rivalry from the prelims where the Turks won at home (3:1) before losing at the tie-break the away game that rounded out the League Round.
The organizers are speeding up their preparations for this Volleyball party where the next “kings” of European Volleyball will be crowned. Also the players of Halkbank are working hard to be well ready to welcome a good share of the world’s Volleyball elite.
They were recently joined in one of their training sessions by a pool of professional photographers for a photo session whose outcome will be used for all materials that will be advertising the Final Four Tournament in Ankara as well as elsewhere in Turkey. Matey Kaziyski, Osmany Juantorena, Emre Batur, and youngster Sabit Karagaac (pictured) were among those who modeled for these photographers and they all had their share of fun.
The chairman of the Halkbank Volleyball club, Mr. Selahattin Süleymanoglu, also attended this photo session together with the Team Manager who took good care of the look and appeal of his players as they were turning into the “face” of this year’s Final Four Tournament. The winners of the 2014 CEV DenizBank Volleyball Champions League – Men will get the right to represent Europe at the FIVB Men’s Club World Championship scheduled for May 6-11 in Betim, Brazil.
