TRENTINO and MAASEIK vie for Playoffs 6 spot
2014 CEV DenizBank Volleyball Champions League - Men

Trento, Italy, January 21, 2014. Diatec TRENTINO and Noliko MAASEIK will prolong their rivalry on Wednesday as Italy’s champions host the return game on schedule for the Playoffs 12 of the 2014 CEV DenizBank Volleyball Champions League – Men. Diatec TRENTINO got the right edge last week after edging Noliko 3:1 at the Lotto Dôme but they still have to take another two sets in order to book their ticket to the Playoffs 6.
Diatec TRENTINO has been performing quite strong lately claiming also their last game in the national league routing CMC RAVENNA in straight sets. TRENTINO head coach Roberto Serniotti will be able to count on the complete roster for no players are struggling with injuries at the moment.
“If you think that we have already accomplished our mission that would be a big mistake. It is not that easy because as we have seen last week Noliko can pressure us a lot” Serniotti says. “On top of this, we need to play a good match if we want to avoid the golden set. We want to continue our adventure in the CEV DenizBank Volleyball Champions League and we are taking this match as seriously as possible.”
