Pinarella di Cervia poised to host World Tour event
2019 World Tour 1-Star - Pinarella di Cervia
Pinarella di Cervia, Italy, July 24, 2019. Everything is ready in Pinarella di Cervia for the 1-Star Beach Volleyball World Tour event presented by BPER, which is going to take place at the popular seaside resort on the Adriatic Coast from July 25 to 28 at Bagno Delfino Beach Stadium (see picture).
With the patronage of Regione Emilia-Romagna and the Municipality of Cervia, with the help of the presenting sponsor BPER and with the support of Gold Sponsor ALGIDA, the local Organising Committee is happy to welcome the World Tour back to the Italian Riviera more than 30 years since the last such event held in Romagna.
Teams from Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Hungary, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovenia, South Africa, Russia, USA and of course Italy will compete in the qualification round starting Thursday, July 25 at 12:00 local time where four spots to join the Main Draw will be at stake.
The local Organising Committee – composed by Caponigri Srl, PowerBeach and BeachVolleyUniversity – is pleased to announce that free entrance will be available for the event, whilst at the same time recommending fans to reserve one of the 2,000 seats available in such an impressive beach stadium.
