CEV Continental Cup Pool D arrives in Schinias
2018-2020 CEV Beach Volleyball Continental Cup
Schinias, Greece, June 21, 2019. The 2018-2020 CEV Beach Volleyball Continental Cup – Pool D event will take place at Karavi Sports Club in the city of Schinias, on Saturday and Sunday, June 22 and 23 as a part of the qualifying process to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
The top two teams per gender will progress to the next stage of the Continental Cup.
Greece, Kosovo, Sweden and Turkey will compete in the men’s table. Greece, Portugal, Kosovo and Austria will battle for a spot in the second round of the women’s Continental Cup.
This weekend happens to mark the fifth anniversary of the previous time the white sands of Karavi Sports Club played host to the Continental Cup on June 21-23, 2014, and represents the fourth time in total the Continental Cup has visited Greek shores.
