Top 30 Teams based on CEV Entry Ranking as at 1 January 2015 with a maximum of 2 teams per NOC will qualify for the European Games. An athlete can earn maximum of one (1) quota place for his/her NOC to the Baku 2015 European Games. If an athlete is appearing as member of more than one team on the ranking then quota will be allocated to the highest ranked team.

Each NOC which has earned quota places trough the CEV Entry Ranking must choose its athletes from its 6 best eligible pairs in the CEV Entry Ranking of 1 January 2015.

S = Selected (team qualified one vacancy for their NOC)
P = Player Quota (athlete has already qualified one vacancy with another partner)
C = Country Quota (a maximum of two teams per country can qualify)
H = Host Country Quota (the host country are granted two vacancies)
R = Reserve
