Lennart Neovius elected NEVZA President
News from the Zonal Associations
Stockholm, Sweden, November 12, 2020. Mr Lennart Neovius, President of the Swedish Volleyball Association and a newly elected member of the CEV Board of Administration, has taken over the reins of the North European Volleyball Zonal Association (NEVZA) following an extraordinary meeting held virtually earlier this week.
The zonal association brings together the National Federations and Volleyball communities of the following countries: Denmark, England, Faroe Islands, Finland, Greenland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. As such, NEVZA runs a number of annual youth and senior-level Volleyball and Beach Volleyball competitions, such as the NEVZA Club Championship (NCC) and the NEVZA Zonal Beach Volleyball Tour.
Mr Neovius has replaced Stewart Dunne (England) at the helm of this zonal association.
