Akbaş commented about the roster: “As I joined C.S.M. BUCURESTI in the middle of last season, there were many talented players in the team, which I did not create myself. And yet, we took the results that we wanted to achieve. With our new structure this year, I think we have created a powerful team even though we have to deal with a limited budget. We kept some players who were already in our team and have successfully adjusted to our playing system; on top of this, we transferred a number of experienced players who can quickly adjust as well. I am very pleased to work with all of these valuable players.”
